Where are my invoices and receipts?

• Receipts from Stripe arrive by email when you pay.
• Invoices from us (numbered like SYN-1001) are emailed and kept in your client portal. Each one opens as a page you can print or save as a PDF.
• Monthly plans create a paid invoice each month, so you have a record for your bookkeeping.

Unpaid invoices are due within 14 days unless the invoice says otherwise, and include a link to pay online.
