How do I cancel a plan?
Online in two clicks, any time. Here’s when each plan ends.
- Sign in to Plans & billing.
- Press Cancel next to the plan.
- You’ll see the exact date it ends. Confirm, and we email you a confirmation.
You can also email hello@stusyn.com or reply to any receipt, and we’ll cancel it the same business day.
When it ends

| Care plans | When the month you’ve already paid for runs out |
| Ads management | On the first billing date at least 30 days after you cancel, so you may be billed once more inside those 30 days |
Months that have started aren’t refunded. When an ads plan ends, we pause your campaigns and remove our access; your accounts and data stay yours.
