What happens after I order?

Here’s what happens the moment your payment goes through.

Straight away

• A receipt and order confirmation arrive by email from hello@stusyn.com.
• Your client portal opens. We email you a sign-in link. Your project is already there, with each step listed. See How do I sign in to my client portal?.
• If your order includes a website or ads, your Site Stats dashboard is set up for you.

Within one business day

We email you to book your kickoff call. The confirmation email also has a link so you can book it yourself.

Monthly plans

If you bought an ads plan or a care plan, it renews each month on the same date. You can see and cancel your plans any time in Plans & billing. See How are monthly plans billed?.
