How do I sign in to my client portal?

Your client portal has no password to remember.

1. Go to your client portal.
2. Enter the email address we have for you.
3. We email you a sign-in link. It works once and expires in 30 minutes.

You stay signed in on that device for 30 days.

Didn’t get the email?

• Check your spam or promotions folder for an email from hello@stusyn.com.
• Make sure it’s the email you ordered with. For security, the page doesn’t say whether an address has access.
• Still nothing? Email us and we’ll check.

Ads clients

Your ads results, approvals and reports are in your ads portal. Sign in the same way at your ads portal, or use the Your ads button inside your client portal.
