Your monthly care report

Early each month we email you a report on the month before. It opens as a web page with charts, and you can print it or save it as a PDF.

It covers:

• Uptime: one bar per day, any outages and how long they lasted, and average response time.
• Speed: your PageSpeed scores and the biggest speed wins left, plus what real visitors experienced.
• Security and health: the weekly scan in plain words, and your certificate and domain renewal dates.
• Visitors: from Site Stats, once it’s on your site.
• Work we did: every update, backup, fix and edit, and the edit time used.

All your reports are on the Website care page in your client portal.
