How do edit minutes work?
Your plan includes edit time each month. Here’s how it’s counted.

- We log the minutes each request takes. Your portal shows a meter of time used this month.
- Time resets on the 1st and doesn’t roll over.
- Monitoring, scans, updates, backups and your report don’t use edit time.
- If a request would take you past your monthly time, we tell you first and you choose: wait for next month, or have us quote it.
