How do we give you access to our Discord?

We never need to be the owner of your server. Here's how access works.

If you already have a server

1. After you order, we'll send our Discord username to your client portal and by email.
2. Invite that account to your server.
3. Give it a staff role with Manage Channels, Manage Roles, Manage Messages, Moderate Members and Kick/Ban Members. For server setup we also need Manage Server while we build.
4. Let us know in your portal, and we'll take it from there.

If we're building the server for you

We create it, build it, then transfer ownership to you at handover. We keep a staff role only if you have a monthly plan.

Keeping it safe

• We use two-factor authentication on our account, and we turn on the two-factor requirement for moderators on your server.
• We never ask for your Discord password.
• You can remove our role or our account at any time.

When a plan ends

When a plan ends, we remove our account from your server. If you'd like us to leave sooner, just ask.
