How does moderation work, and when are you online?

We don't claim to be online 24/7. Here's what coverage actually looks like.

Check-ins

• Community management: we check in every weekday. Reports and member issues are handled within one business day.
• Community management Plus: we check in every day, weekends included, and we recruit and train volunteer moderators from your community for extra coverage.

Between check-ins

AutoMod and moderation bots run all the time. They block spam, scam and phishing links, slow down raids, and log everything so we can follow up.

Urgent problems

For a raid or a compromised account, your staff guide shows how to lock the server down in one step, and you can reach us at hello@stusyn.com.

Whose rules?

We moderate to your server's rules and to Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including its minimum age. We report serious issues to Discord's Trust & Safety team, as Discord asks.

What we won't do

We never buy members or use fake accounts or activity, and we don't promise member numbers. We make your server welcoming, safe and active; growth depends on your game, stream or brand.
