Following your project, sending files and approving work

Each project in your portal shows:

• Steps: the checklist from kickoff to launch, ticked off as we go, with a progress bar.
• Updates: news, drafts and questions from us. Reply right there.
• Files: upload your logo, photos and text, and download anything we share.

Sending files

Drag files onto the project page or choose them. The page shows the size limit. For large files like videos, paste a Google Drive or Dropbox link in a message instead.

Approving work

When a draft is ready, we post it as an update. Reply with your changes, or say it’s good to go. See How many rounds of changes do I get?.
