How are calls, forms and sales counted?

A goal is an action you care about. Site Stats counts these automatically:

• Phone call: someone taps your phone number.
• Email click: someone taps your email address.
• Form sent: someone submits a form.

On online stores and our own checkout we also count purchases and their value.

Custom goals

We can add others, like “Booked an appointment” or “Downloaded the menu”, either when a certain page is visited (like a thank-you page) or when a button is pressed. Ask us and we’ll set it up.
